Pulse dust collector is a new type of high efficiency dust collector developed on the basis of conventional dust collector. Theory

Pulse dust collector is when the dusty gas enters into the dust collector from the air inlet, the gas velocity slows down, due to the inertia effect, so that the coarse particles of dust in the gas flows directly into the dust hopper. Pre-collection of dust, into the hopper of the gas flow then folded upward through the internal metal skeleton equipped with a filter bag dust is arrested in the outer surface of the filter bag, purified gas into the filter bag room clean room, convergence to the outlet discharge, dusty gas through the filter bag purification process, with the increase in time and the accumulation of dust attached to the filter bag more and more, the filter bag resistance will increase once more than the scope of the filter bag to carry out Cleaning, cleaning by the pulse control sequence triggered by the control valve to open the pulse valve, the compressed air from the airbag blowtorch holes through the venturi jet to the corresponding filter bag, the filter bag instantaneous rapid expansion, so that the accumulation of dust attached to the surface of the filter bag off, the filter bag to restore the initial state. The dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged from the machine through the ash discharge system. Thus, the dust accumulated on the filter bag is periodically pulse blown to clean the dust, so that the gas normally passes through the dust collector to ensure the operation of the dust removal system.
