Selective Catalytic Reduction(SCR)

Selective Catalytic Reduction(SCR)

Under the action of a catalyst, the exhaust gas is selectively reacted with NOx in the flue gas using a reducing agent (e.g., NH3, liquid ammonia, urea) and generates non-toxic and non-polluting N₂ and H₂O.

Theory

Under the action of catalyst, ammonia is sprayed into the flue gas at the appropriate temperature (280℃~420℃), and ammonia reacts chemically with NOx in the flue gas, reducing NOx to N₂ and H₂O, which is to the purpose of denitrification.

Features

Exhaust air volume: 500~50,000Nm³/h

Reaction temperature: 280~400℃

Emission standard: NOx: <50mg/Nm³  NH₃: <3mg/Nm³ (Ammonia escape)

Heating energy: Gas and electricity
