•General exhaust gas thermal oxidizer - exhaust gas containing C, H, O
•Halogen-containing waste gas/liquid thermal oxidizer - need to use specific metal materials to manufacture the incinerator, downstream need to use scrubber tower to meet the emission standards
•Salt-containing waste liquids - usually vertical incinerators, downstream dust removal equipment is required to meet emission standards
•N-containing waste gas/waste liquid thermal oxidizer-containing HCN, NH3, organic amines, etc., commonly used three-stage/two-stage furnace, downstream SNCR or SCR to remove NOx to meet emission standards.
